Please read the following Garni La Casetta Rules, which are designed to ensure everyone has a pleasant and peaceful stay at the hotel.
It has a contractual nature between the Hotel and the Guest;
therefore, the request to stay at the Hotel and the acceptance of such request by the Management implies full acceptance of these Regulations.
Failure to comply with the Hotel Regulations and other provisions will result in the offender being removed from the property and reported to all national and international tourism organizations. Failure to comply may also result in the violation being reported to the Public Authorities if the violation could lead to the suspicion of a crime.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30.
Please report any special needs or allergies to the Management and dining room staff.
Takeaway from the buffet is prohibited. If you have any questions, please contact the dining room staff.
Z.T.L. N° 5
The hotel is located in the Limited Traffic Zone No. 5, monitored by cameras
Mandatory access (from 3pm) is from Via Bondi and exit from Via Prestefan.
Upon check-in, the Management will issue a permit with the car's license plate for your stay
Access without prior authorization from Management before 3.00 pm will not allow you to have a permit for your car in the ZTL and will make you subject to a fine.
Your permit is only valid for Zone 5. Entering other zones will subject you to a fine.
EXTERNAL GUESTS
Any visits by external guests must be authorised by the Management.
An identity document will be requested from reception and can be collected upon exiting the hotel.
Any guests wishing to stay in your room must be previously authorised by Management, who will apply the rate as per the price list.
All unauthorized persons found inside the hotel will be reported to the State Police.
MINORS
Parents of children or teenagers (or those who exercise parental authority) are responsible for the minors and their behavior within the Hotel which, as for others, must be respectful towards guests and the structure.
SILENCE HOURS
please remember to respect the silence times: 2.00pm - 4.00pm and 10.00pm - 8.00am.
SMOKE
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and the building.
ROOMS
Our hotel is committed to being sustainable.
Bathroom linen will be changed every three days.
If additional changes are necessary this will not incur any additional charges unless it is a consequence of improper behaviour
If the linens provided in the rooms are found to be missing or have been misused by the guest, rendering washing unnecessary or particularly laborious and expensive, the guest will be charged €10 per item as compensation for damages (e.g., makeup, use of pet supplies, etc.).
For more frequent changes explicitly requested by the customer or deducible from a specific behavior in this sense (towels on the floor), a minimum amount of 3 euros per piece changed will be charged
Please do not waste water and electricity, when leaving the room please close the windows if the heating is on.
DAMAGES
Any damage to the hotel structure, objects or furnishings will be charged to the account of the customer who caused it.
Valuables storage: The management declines all responsibility and cannot refund anything for items not kept in the safes in their rooms.
